4. Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Listings depend on batch availability; where a lot sells out we will contact you with the expected release date rather than substituting a different lot without your agreement.
Where a price or specification is published in error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund it in full rather than fulfil it on incorrect terms.
5. Limitation of liability
Products are supplied without warranty beyond the analytical specification stated on the certificate of analysis for the batch delivered. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honeycurve Research Ltd. is not liable for any loss arising from the use, misuse, or handling of materials after delivery. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.
6. Intellectual property
The content, layout, artwork and copy on this site belong to Honeycurve Research Ltd.. Compound names and CAS numbers are used for identification only and imply no affiliation with, or endorsement by, any other party.
7. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here on the date your order is placed, and material changes will be reflected in the last-updated date at the top of this page.
