1. What we collect
We collect what an order needs and little else: your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, phone number where you supply one, and the contents of your order. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
2. How we use it
Your information is used to process and ship orders, provide support, send transactional messages such as dispatch and tracking notices, and meet our record-keeping obligations as a supplier of research materials.
Marketing email is opt-in only. If you subscribe, every message carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect transactional messages about orders you have placed.
3. What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade customer information. We do not share order contents with third parties for advertising purposes, and we do not build advertising profiles from your browsing on this site.
4. Who we share it with
A small number of processors handle information strictly to deliver the service: our payment processor, shipping carriers, and our email provider. Each is bound to use the data only for that purpose. We disclose information beyond that only where the law requires it.
5. Cookies
We use cookies and local browser storage to keep your cart, remember that you have completed researcher verification, and understand aggregate traffic patterns. Blocking them will not prevent you from browsing, but the cart will not persist between visits.
6. Retention and your rights
Order records are retained for as long as our tax and regulatory obligations require. You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete anything not subject to a retention requirement, by writing to support@honeycurve.com.
