1. Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2:00pm CT on a business day are packed and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on a weekend or public holiday, leave on the next business day.
If we miss that window on an in-stock item, your next order is half price. You do not need to claim it — the credit is applied to your account automatically.
2. Carriers and transit
Domestic orders ship 2-day air across the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are quoted separately because transit times vary by route.
- Free 2-day shipping on orders over $200 after discounts.
- Flat-rate shipping of $14.95 below that threshold.
- Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is scanned by the carrier.
3. Cold chain handling
Temperature-sensitive compounds ship foam-set with phase-change packs at no additional charge. Packaging is specified for the transit time of the service selected, not a generic default.
Move cold-chain items into storage promptly on arrival. Each certificate of analysis states the stability window for that lot.
4. International orders
We ship to selected international destinations, quoted individually. Customs treatment of research chemicals differs by country, and the buyer is responsible for confirming that import is lawful at the destination before ordering.
Duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot mark shipments as gifts or under-declare their value.
5. Damaged or lost shipments
Inspect your order on arrival. If a vial is cracked, a seal is broken, or a cold-chain package arrives warm, photograph it before unpacking further and contact support@honeycurve.com within 14 days. We will replace the affected items or refund them in full.
