Refund & Returns

What we stand behind, what we cannot take back once it has left our custody, and how to raise a claim.

1. What we will replace or refund

If a shipment arrives damaged, incorrect, or outside the specification on its certificate of analysis, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, including the original shipping cost.

  • Wrong compound, wrong fill size, or wrong quantity shipped.
  • Vials that arrive cracked, unsealed, or visibly compromised.
  • Material that assays outside the range stated on its batch report.
  • Cold-chain shipments that arrive above their documented temperature limit.

2. What we cannot accept back

These are research materials with defined storage requirements. Once a vial has left our custody we cannot verify how it has been handled, so opened vials cannot be returned to stock.

  • Vials that have been opened, punctured, or reconstituted.
  • Items ordered in error where the packaging seal has been broken.
  • Custom fills and bulk allocations produced to your specification.
  • Any item reported more than 14 days after delivery.

3. How to start a return

Email support@honeycurve.com with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We issue a return authorisation and, where a physical return is needed, a prepaid label. Do not ship anything back before the authorisation is issued — unlabelled returns cannot be matched to an order.

4. Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within three business days of authorisation. Your bank may take a further five to ten days to post the credit, which is outside our control.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled without charge at any point before the carrier label is generated. After dispatch, treat it as a return under the terms above. Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before the line ships.

This page is provided for general information and does not constitute legal advice. Have counsel review these terms before the store handles live orders.
